I am really new to this.. can i find everything on the internet, they do not post OJTs in the newspaper ads, right? The school did give us a list of companies where we could apply to, and i checked their websites, but there aren't any posts about an OJT. Can anyone suggest how i can find them?

I think you could save the contact of the company. You could send them an email to apply your OJT. I agree that many company doesn't post about OJT on their website, so better try to contact them privately

There are a lot of sites that post jobs online, and i send my resumes there, but they rarely reply. I wonder why they even post them if they do not bother letting the person know if they even read the email. (

Well, you can do is submit a resume for each company that you like. Maybe they would give you a call back if they need but don't wait for single one.

Yes, i am quite glad that they have email addresses that they gave to the school so we can easily send our resumes to them. i doubt they would want to hire me though, since i have zero training and experience.

Large companies actually accept on-the-job trainees. You just have to ask. But if you were given a list by your school, chances are that there were previous trainees from your school. Try to find and ask the more senior students which companies accepted them. At least, this way you can ask for information from your schoolmates.

Thank you for your insight, a company did contact me, and it wasn't the company that i even sent emails to. I was quite shocked. haha
