i am having difficulty transferring files from my nexus 7 to my computer

it seems that the computer is having problem reading the files or videos. the bluetooth connection is not working so i just use a cable to transfer videos from tablet to laptop. but it is having difficulty to load all the videos. it just keeps on trying to load the videos and other files but have not finished or now loaded anything. it is like just on buffering stage. so i don't know how i would be able to transfer files. i try to turn on the bluetooth connection of the laptop. before i can easily find how to turn on the bluetooth on the laptop. now it seems it is not easy to find how to do that. or it was lost already.

Have you tried using Dropbox or SkyDrive?

you can try other software which connect your phone to your computer. You can get this software at android market. Maybe you need to just reset you factory setting then you can able to connect it with your computer.
