Taking care of my father in law..

Since March 15, 2013 I am here in the hospital taking care of my father in law, he had an heart attack and undergone surgical procedure last Monday. He's getting better everyday because he has a great fighting spirit and faith in God. As a daughter in law and nurse it's my responsibility to look after him since my husband is working but in one conditions he needs to follow all my instructions for his own good. I am just praying and hoping that he will recover physically and emotionally very soon. Have a good night.

Sorry to hear.. but sure glad he is doing better. Hope he gets well soon. And can come home. great, you are a big help to him. Take care there. :)

He's doing better since yesterday and maybe by next week we can able to go home and be back after a week for removal of the stitches. Thanks

I hope that your father in law is in better condition now. He is so lucky to have a daughter in law who is also a nurse. Because you will take very good care of him maybe more than other nurses would. Remember to advise your father in law to take more fruits and vegetables because they are healthy and they have the effect of speeding up recovery. Essence of black fish is definitely a must for recovery after surgery.

It is such a blessing for him to have such a considerate daughter in law in his life time, who care so much about his well being and taking care of him while he is ill, i am sure he is deeply appreciated of what you have done for him so far. With such a wonderful daughter in law with him, who need to have a daughter anymore?? You are doing the right thing so far by taking good care of him and pray for his rapid recovery while he is undergoing surgery, nothing more he can possibly ask for anymore.

All of us praying of his fast recovery were he can able to do his activities on his own like before I think as a daughter in law and part of the family its my obligation to take care of him after all have an experience in taking care of old patient. Thanks

I think i am lucky too because he's my father in law who always supporting us emotionally and financially without asking questions. Thank you for praying for his fast recovery.

Sad to hear that. I hope your father in law will get better soon. Just pray because nothing is imposibble with Him just trust and have faith in our Jesus Christ. But then I salute you because you have a kind heart, continue taking care of your father in law :)

I am hoping and praying too that he will get better soon with the help of God and support of the whole family, we know in his case it will takes time before he can back to his normal life. He very kind to me and treats me like his own child it about time to repay him. Thanks
