It's my nephews birthday next week. Any good recipes you could share for baking?

So yeah, my nephew is going to celebrate his 7th birthday on April 6. So I was thinking of baking him something. Well, I'm not a really good baker though I have tried a few times. Do you have any suggestions on a good cake to bake for my nephews 7th birthday? A how-to-bake procedure too will be gladly appreciated!
