North Korea declares war against South Korea! what is the reason?

I just read a page saying North Korea declares war against South Korea! I can't really explain why North Korea states it. Is there any option that this war will end? I hope the North will not pursue their declared war against the South. What could be your reaction about this? do you want to intervene between the North and South Korea war? what can you suggests?

it's really sad to hear. it's like a family with conflict. as you see, they have exactly the same last name (Korea) and yet they can't mend they differences. Seems like people has only 2 options these days. Whether to love or hate :(
