why built office the if not use

this morning i went to the office in the UTC melaka to gather info about PR1MA bachang which is affordable housing for the poor and middle class people to buy house way 20% below market value but guess what the girl inside there can't give me info about PR1MA and she say all that office there can do is to get people name list or register and that all. OMG come on la when you built there office just give info to the same as the HQ la.

That office space is no use at all, they don't maximize the usage of the building, to think that they are paying the girl who en-charge there, i guess they are just wasting money, unless they have a pending plan for that building, for the main time it was use as a office for inquiries or for registering. Maybe the owner of that office has other plan for it.
