I was surfing the net, tomorrow is easter, and I was thinking on just going out for a nice meal of salad and steak fries...Then I came upon this link:

What do you think? Do you have any stories about working in the food industry? I'm still going out for my fries, my fav are the steak fries with lots of ketchup. Also, I'm doing two posts in one, but do any of you have a favorite homemade fry recipe? I have come to realize that fries taste often better with sea salt. Have any of you tried the different varieties of salts and seasonings on fries? Yes, I know I'm going all over the place with this post, but hey, it's late and I've not slept yet. Happy Easter! And that can happen anywhere although it is usual that, when people cut themselves while handling food, they will stop doing it or wear a glove. I do that at home. At restaurants you can never be sure. But life is a risk so go for your fries
