It was snowing in the morning, and it was freezing cold on Tuesday. When I arrived at my workplace parking lot, I saw smoke coming out from under the hood of my car, and I hurried to open the hood to inspect any leaking. From what I saw, there was liquid everywhere, what a mess, but I couldn't see it clearly since it is still dark in the morning. During lunch time, I had my colleagues to inspect my car too, it was the coolant leaking out, since the coolant reservoir also empty. Obviously there is a leaking in along the radiator upper hose. After work, I stop by NAPA, and purchase a 50/50 coolant, and fill it up, and drive carefully to the mechanic shop. It gave me a heart - attack along the way, because the temperature going up to "H" mark if I tried to accelerate in the highway. Finally, I made it to the mechanic, and had him replace the hose for me, and from what I saw, it was an easy fix though. The total cost was around $60 including parts and labor. Maybe I should learn 1 thing or 2 about auto mechanic, so I can save that cost.
