Having a sister and a bestfriend at the same it so great! My sister and I have always liked to go out and have some fun. One of our favorite thing to do is to try out some new restaurants and foods. This is one of the many foods that we ate - a steak, buttered vegetable and rice in a plate. Happy eating!

My sister and I have different interests but I feel, as I am older, that I have influenced her food preference a lot. And although we do not get along well all of the time, we still enjoy going out and trying new restaurants and cuisine. This is a new phenomenon as I feel she was conservative in her choice of food before. She would order the same stuff. I can't help but be proud that she is now more open to food she hasn't tried yet. Maybe it's because of all the travelling we did.

haha, it's quite funny when you said you doubt you could get more than a bite from your sister's dish. If my sister wouldn't let me have a bite of her meal, then I'd do the same to her that's why we got used to sharing because we do want to taste another dish that's different from what we ordered.

Your sister is great company for trying out new food! My sister and I would predictably order different dishes, yes, but I doubt if I could get more than a bite from her dish. She eats more than I do and she covers everything in whatever spicy powder or sauce she could find.

As siblings living under the same roof we too had great times but now it is different. Every one is bogged down with their routines and their life is centred round their job and nuclear family.

i love to eat with my wife. most of time we eat more than required dose. so we decided not to eat in one dish.

You are so blessed to be having a good relationship with your sister. You are even more blessed that you could be with her in your activities together like eating out whenever you both want to do so. I miss my two sisters. Just like you do, I also have a very good relationship with my sisters. There were times in the past that I had serious disagreements with them on separate occasions but everything is all right now..and how I missed them. I am grateful to some of the available communication tools like cellphones and Skype, Facebook and Viber. I get to regularly see them however far we are away from one another.

Well, sometimes siblings have a different way of expressing how they love each other. So instead of being sweet, they tend to argue a lot. May be that's your case? If you don't have a sister like mine, then, find a best friend that can be a sister to you. :)

I miss my sister :(
I live far from her and this topic reminds me of our time being together.
I have spent more than a month vacation with her last February and during those times we have so many things to share with and eating is one of it.
It's nice to have a friend and a sister at a time.

i have an elder brother and even we have been like best frnds from the time i remember. We used to play together, go to our uncles houses in school vacations, do al sort of things together though we also fought a lot and i was usually the one to get beaten since he was older than me.:-P
now we are grown up and have life and prefrences of our own. Bt we are still the same
