Nature is the best source of health

Over the years, I have come to accept that natural sources of good health are the best, more potent and less toxic forms of staying healthy. That is why natural based drugs/medicine has proven over time to be effective in curative and prophylatic actions in the human body with little or no side effects. More importantly is living a lifestyle where on a daily basis we take in sufficient quantity of fruits and vegetables to supply the necessary amount of vitamins we need for our daily needs. We'll delve more into these as the days go buy.

Yes! Totally agree with you. natural eating habits, and a healthy lifestyle are very important. We were raised in a household where my mom did not allow processed foods. We very rarely went out to eat. I think we should grow gardens instead of lawns. You can't eat grass, but you can make a lawn with edibles. It's more beautiful as well.

I was trained to always eat well, a balanced diet. I grew up in a small town where our own food including meat was produced by us. Whenever I had colds, my grandmother picked fresh lemon from our backyard and made them into warm lemonade. I never took vitamins or medicines. I was only brought to the hospital once when I had chicken pox. When I was living in the city already where processed food was the thing then I started to feel really unhealthy and didn't get better if I didn't take medicine for a simple colds. I would go the hospital and will be given anti-biotic. I also took vitamin C everyday especially when I was having so much to do at work and school. I am back to a good diet as much as possible now. I don't take any vitamins and just make sure I get a good in take of fruits and vegetables all the time. It feels good.

As Hippocrates the father of modern medicine once quoted "let food by thy medicine and medicine thy food." That statement tells us everything we need to know for a life of longevity and health right there. If we eat the right foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds) we will have fewer illnesses and live a longer life. Unfortunately when a Dr. takes his oath he is agreeing to keep people uninformed. They are not allowed to tell people that food can be healing. Look at the shape of your food and that alone will tell you what the food is good for. An apple or tomato are both good for the heart. Open them up in the middle and you will see that each has four chambers just like the heart. The kiwi is resembles an eye. Yeah, do a search and you will learn how to take care of your health just by eating the right food.

This is the basic fact tht when we go according to nature way we will take the advantages of nature but if we enjoying our life against the nature we feel a lot of trouble let for instance early to wake up and early to sleep is a basic natural law if we go against this we continue facing some thing misssing in our life let we drink milk we feel pleasent as compare to power or paxket milk

Yes, back to nature is the best way to keep our body healthy. Natural foods and natural medications are the best choice to consume because they have less risk on our body. I think, if we have a healthy diet we will have healthy body.

I also support natural eating and things that it is good to eat natural food especially fruits and vegetables. I think it is good to be close to nature as close as possible. I think when we add more fruits and vegetable to our diet we will be healthy. I think it is good to get close to various beauty of the world.
