Hi, Does it happens when on batteryl or when charger is plugged in? It may be cooling system (overheating), but it may also be power managment issue. Best regards :)

First thing you have to check is whether your battery of laptop is working fine. Normally batteries of Laptop are capable of working for around 3 hours.Check whether the battery life has reduced or not. This can be done by charging the battery while you are using the laptop. It's similar to the condition that you are using it as a desktop PC, that is taking the DC current directly with the help of batteries. If it is working fine then it's problem with the batteries.

Hi, If the power supply unit is good, then I suspect a thermal error. It is a mechanism built into the processor to shut down automatically when a certain temperature is reached as set in the BIOS. It is placed there for the purpose of preventing damage by heat meltdown to the fragile circuitry inside. You should check the cooling system of your laptop, starting from the fans inside. Check for non-performing fans and dusty exhaust air vents and fan blades. I recommend general cleaning of the laptop by taking it apart, usually done by a qualified technician, and blowing off the dust inside by an electric turbo-blower. Otherwise, check for virus and/or malware that could be the culprit. In that case, scan your op system or reformat the drive.
