hunter x hunter anime, is Gon met his father?

I also like anime "hunter x hunter" but I don't see the last episode story on this anime. I thought Gon meet his father Gin, they do really met up with his father and is there any episodes after that?

I watch hunter X hunter for about 5 episode, its nice also, and i heard it is a movie now with real human character, they say that hunter x hunter has a nice story, but i wasn't able to watch it from the start, so i did not watch hunter x hunter with the other episode.

Hi there! Be ready for some spoilers!
If you have seen the greed island arc of the anime, Gon used a card so he could find his dad. But actually it was not his dad but the friend of his dad, the hunter Gon met at the beginning of the series.
If you have read the rest of the manga, Gon actually met his dad later on. his dad is part of some important council in the hunters' association. For more details, read the manga.
