Can I use my Payoneer card to withdraw money from my Moneybookers account?

I would like to know if I can cash money in that way or it has to be just with the Paypal account. I am writing for several sites and some of them work with Moneybookers and also Paypal.

I'm not quite sure if mooneybookers is also supported by payoneer but based on what I've heard, it only supports stp, lr and paypal.

Ok thanks I thought that as it is a debit card it could work with Moneybookers.
