You should be able to receive any kind of payment, unless a particular site said a different thing. Some sites require you to verify your account first before making any transaction with you - mostly to avoid the possibility of fraudulent activity. And as far as I know, based on what I read on Bubblews' terms, they don't require you to verify your Paypal account first. Correct me if I'm wrong. But it always better to verify your Paypal account. That's the best way to make that virtual money into the real deal.

Unfortunately you can't. There will be problems if your Paypal account is unverified. Also, make sure that your name in bubblews and in paypal is the same. Is Bubblews back to its operations?

As long as I concern, bubblews not obligate us to verified paypal account when we want cash out from them. But on paypal, that different story. They obligate us to verified our account before cash out (on our bank account) On paypal case, you need at least bank account to verified your paypal account. But in several countries we still can cash out with tricky ways: 1. Spend your money (buy) in particular product (not services). You can sell it again later ... 2. Ask third party to cash out your money. But you need to be careful on this one, some people might scam you I hope this could help .... have fun

your profile shows you live in dagupan and the unionbank website shows they have a branch there, so you're pretty lucky because some online earners really want to have an eon debit card, but there is no branch where they are located. i think you can apply online now, just go to the unionbank website for the procedure and requirements. when you have an eon debit card and link it to your paypal account, you will be able to transfer your earnings from paypal to eon then withdraw the money thru unionbank's ATM. of course the conversion rate from dollar to peso is lower than what you see at the bsp (banko sentral) website. also if you withdraw less than P7,000, there is an automatic P50 deduction. what's good about eon is it's like a payroll account. there is no maintaining balance and you can even have it swiped if you are short on cash because it has the visa logo.

You have to have a verified PayPal account in order to get paid from any site that pays with PayPal. It's not that hard to open a bank account and ask for a debit card. But if you want to be paid you have to have a verified PayPal account.

From what I know, you can only be able to make use of your Paypal account if you provide a credit or debit card that should be linked to your account.

Hi that was my problem before , I asked help from Mylotters and there i found ways on how to be verified ! Verification code is so important so paypal can send it to our banks our earnings. Find a credible bank then link it with your Paypal.

I not see in bubblews you need a verified PayPal to receive a payment. I think you can receive payment even your PayPal is unverified.

You can receive any paments but you can't withdraw or even pay/shop online with a paypal unverified. So you need to work for your paypa so you can use your funds in it.l
