Inhale...Exhale is the key

We can't avoid being sick. And some of us can't afford to be sick that long. That's why I realize the value of unloading the problems and the stresses in our lives. Basically, the inhale, exhale works for me. Breathing exercise as what they call it. It's good for the heart and the lungs, at present and in the long run. It can defy age as what they say. We become younger when we relax and smile. I believe that it helps our brain to think clearly also. So there, if you encounter something bad or some bad thoughts keep haunting us in our deep sleep, just take a deep breath, inhale, exhale, and have some positive thoughts, and pray that those will slip away. That's what I have learned for the past few days taking care my FIL (Father-in-law). Relax and smile...

Hi Bhebelen14, I think you give a really good advice. Deep breathing is known to be beneficial to the human body. It is even better if one can perform deep breathing exercises in clean air environment like in a hillside, mountainous region or waterfall places where there are no pollutants in the air.

yeah you are totally right i also think that if we think every problem deeply and keep them inside,it also makes us sad and sick later so try to think less and try not to care the problems so much is the key happy mylotting

You are right if we think things too much, we may end stressed out or even burned out physically and mentally. It pays to have a cool head. Thanks

Taking the time to relax and take care of yourself is really what we need to do to avoid disease and the onset of getting sick. Giving yourself enough time to relax and enjoy life is necessary and we have to try and find ways to do so even when we are extremely busy. I used to do a breathing exercise called Pranayama and it really made me feel great and refreshed. I've gotten away from doing that though because I've been working two jobs and am trying to save up as much money as possible for moving and transferring to a new college. I'm hoping to get back to doing yoga, meditating and doing my breathwork exercises once I move and hopefully have more time.
