Banana spring rolls, yummy!

The bananas around my home start ripening, so dad brought some of them home. There's too much banana, that we get tired eating them fresh anymore. He send some to nearby shop, but there's still some leftover at home. Then mom noticed a packet of spring rolls skin in the refrigerator that sparks an idea. We tried filling the skin with banana and fry it. The result? Awesome! It is delicious. We experimented by adding various thing like cocoa powder, salt, sugar, black pepper, and even chilli! I think i like the one added with sugar and cinnamon powder. It taste like pie. Ah, now I find a new way of appreciating banana.

I will certainly try it, shaqziad. I am looking for new recipes for bananas after I madea delicious banana cake for my grandson yesterday. There`s less than half left so it turned out as it should. Thanks for the new idea!

Wow that sounds yummy and i am sure u all would have been surprised after knowing its deliciousness. Besides there are certain food items that tastes so better after we experiment with them. i m glad that u tried this and the result was sweeter n tastier. Now u can experiment with the bananas n eat delicious stuffs.

I would try it. I feel it is a very delicious recipe.I too will add these ingredients and try.
