Can Playing Bowling Help Shed Unwanted Fat?

Bowling is such a nice physical activity. It can strengthen arm muscles as well as the leg muscles. When you throw the ball, you get to either run, walk briskly and even jump when you get excited and happy about being able to win a strike. It is also an activity sports for a group of friends when you need to de-stress and just hang out and have bonding moments. Sometimes when I and my husband go to play bowling, we see, occassionally, a single player, without anyone with him. So that means that if you want to be alone also playing bowling, you still can enjoy. Well, I think that man we saw was practicing and preparing for a tournament. Anyway, bowling is fun, do you agree with me, bowlers?

engahing in sports coupled with the proper diet will surely make you slimmer and more healthy. bowling burns calories and develops muscles.

I agree. Playing bowling is fun. My sister and brother-in-law invited me to join them when they went to bowling area in the mall. I enjoyed playing. I would love to do it again. I think that if I play again and again, I will shed my unwanted fats. I get to be fat immediately just eating less, I get fat already. So I need to really do physical activity like bowling.

yes, i agree so much! my husband is a bowler and he introduced me to the world of bowling before we even became boyfriend-girlfriend. Now, i don't play bowling anymore because I have to take care of our little baby. but my husband still does. it's one of his all time fave sports. he has his own bowling ball and bowling shoes. :-)
