summer is in!IT's really hot now in the Philippines.

before summer time start on March. the hot weather but now due to climate change perhaps Hot temperature starts this month. and unlike before I used to take a bath twice a day coz. it's really hot.today our temperature is 35.4 degrees centigrade.Addition to the hot temperature is being in a crowd places with lacks of tree.right away after I take a bath.I perspire. It seems I am living in a desert. Our Dog is also irritated too.Now while writing this i still feel hot even there is electricfan set in no.2. appliances is easily get hot. which means High electric billing during summer time like this for it affects the flow of electricity.
Cold drinks are 'IN' during this time. beaches are full of local and international tourist. Heat stroke too is the most common health problem during this season. so avoid this drink lots of water and take a bath 2 to 3 x a day. to balance body temperature and avoid being dehydrated.I hope I can afford to buy air condition .but anyway I feel much energetic when I sweat plus my body's dirt went out through sweat it's like you made a scrub. it cleanses the skin too.
But the good thing here virus like cold are out fishes,vegetables in the market sell cheap for it is easy to harvest.fishermen and farmers do benefit from this.Unlike in cold or rainy season. where disasters, viruses diseases , high price of foods, and fisherman and farmers affect their living. So that is still the good effect of this weather. Plus it is easy to dry clothes .. you don't need a dryer.

Yes, it is so hot now here in the Philippines. But i beg to disagree that the colds virus is out.
I am now actually down with severe coughs and colds. The hot climate is what makes us sick specially when you keep going in and out of an air conditioned room .

Yes, that's true. I recalled that for the past days i have been so sweaty in the morning as i arrive in the office. Then it is air conditioned at the office but that isn't enough for me, so i would have my small electric fan switched on because it seems i still feel so hot.

yes, if you are change your body temperature in instant for sure you will get this as I always experienced this when I sweat and then befor I work in a airconditioned meatshop I come inside sweating and from bein exposed to sun then in instant while sweating the cold temperature from aircon is what I feel. and everytime I did that.the nextday I have sinus attack. There is also a time that FRom airconditioned then I went out in the mids of the sun. My nose bleeds due to instant change of body temperature.

Sorry to hear its hot there. We are just over winter here in Mexico.Still kinda cold and ran at times.Hope it cools off for you there soon.

It really doesnt get hot here. Id say a high of 90 would be the most we see here. Its not that bad.

Being a tropical country I think experiencing this weather is just normal. But lately, summer heat is almost unbearable. In some areas the temperature reached the 37 degrees mark some days ago. Power consumption goes up resulting to shortage of supply and in some areas 8 hours rotational brownouts. Contrary to what you have said that cold virus is out, we can easily catch cold if we've been to a cold area with A/C and out in the summer heat. We perspires too much because of the weather,if our shirt/clothes are soaked with perspiration while it's still on and dries up we can easily catch cold.

the tips there don't drink too cold water when you are sweat and sudden change of temperature from aircon to outside in the mids of sun or from outside then going to aircon. an instant change of weather affects our body and surely we will get such cols. if we stay outside and sweat and sweat we don't get it but due to that. then we will surely catch virus. but cold season even we are inside house we can easily catch virus.and epidemic virus is alive during cold season for example is SARS

I can't believe I will say this but I kinda miss the heat, but not a lot. Just enough heat to take away the chill and be able to wear my tank tops and flip-flops. I know, I know, I will never be satisfied with the weather. When it's hot, I wish for the snow. Now that I live in a country where there is winter, I wish I am back in the Philippines.

nice to know you have seen snow already I haven't experience that since birth. But I am sure I cannot survive with that kind of weather for I have very low resistance to cold weather.are you filipino? perfect season will be january to february for it's cold. well if you are in other parts of the Philippines like tagaytay and baguio of course you cannot feel the hot summer.

it seems very hot there,i would like to be there and go for swimming everyday,here japan is still so cold and i missed summer so much,
and about the air condition,even we can buy the airconditioner,the electric fee comes so much,and i hate it ,but there is no choice i think,
summer came to there so early,so it must be hotter lately

true its very hot these day seems like its getting hotter everyday.even the car aircon cannot beat the heat.i just avoid going out in the afternoon to avoid heat stroke....

Its hot in Manila like twice but now I'm in the province and the cool breeze in the morning got me by surprise. It rained a little the other night and this morning glad to see the skies filled with rain clouds.

My air conditioner is on and I am still shirtless and sweaty. i already drank 9 glasses of water and I am still sweating. because its summer, I also grew a lot of prickly heat on my back. Can you imagine how itchy they were. I already showered 4 times, this day and I am still sweating like crazy. i can wait to go to the office because the air-conditioner there is stronger,
