have you ever invest in SOMETHING CALLED REIT?

i am think about the REIT in Malaysia as there have 16 reit to choose from, here is why and the reason i want to choose to invest in REIT other than stock, fd, option, i can't think of what other. reason 1. it provide capital grow 2. quarter dividend up to 90% of the revenue 3. it kind of stand strong as the world is uncertain, coz property value alway up 4. it have been 7 year in Malaysia and i read and see lot of annual report of the reit, it dividend and capital keep growth. here is some of the choice reit i think i will focus on Axis, Qcapital and KLCC reit(soon launch, as tenant is very quality, gred A. why? coz it is in the heart of the town and in KLCC OR petronas twin tower? i think soon after i buy the reit stock and earn dividend as passive income i will share it here too...........don't you think it kind of cool to have passive income every 3 month? i hope to grow my wealth from here. i have to admit that before this i put on saving in fixed deposit and the earning is so little 3% or you save 1000 dollar and get dividend 2.5 dollar a month. that is suck
