Falling star in my sight

Looking up the bright moon one night. I cannot express my feeling so trembling with joy at the moment i saw this bright thing falling from the sky. A falling star on my sight!Right away I made my wish before it lost to my sight. Just a blink of my eyes the thing disappeared into my sight. I used to think how lucky I am to have such opportunity to take a glance of that wonderful sight..

I used to see more as a child. I understand those wishes go somewhere and often reappear. :-)

The last time I have seen a falling was 8 years ago, I was up and I wasn't able to sleep. So when I peep out of the window I saw not only one but 6 shooting stars, because of my awe, I wasn't able to make a wish! It really looked fascinating, and they are so fast, in just a blink of an eye, it's really gone. Though, they have come in a split second after the other, I still wasn't able to make a wish. It is one of the most fascinating thing I've ever seen in a dark night, and it's good that I have experienced it, and to remember this experience from time to time.

Oh how great it is if I am with that sight at that time, lol. I would easily take a wish before it disappears into my eyes. This uncommon scenery seemed so special for it is only rare. People like me get easily fascinated if seen such sight like this. Thanks for your sharing, I really appreciate it:)

wow that's great. not all people have experienced that here especially when it's not announced.hahah. many also asked if seeing a shooting star considered a good sign? FYI: Shooting star symbolizes a brief fleeting moment in ones life just like the brief wonder of seeing a shooting star race across the night sky. They can also be a symbol of reaching ones ultimate destiny. Shooting stars, asteroids, and the movement of the heavenly bodies in the night sky have always fascinated to humans. Some cultures have always had strong beliefs and superstitions in the meaning of shooting stars. Traditionally shooting stars also meant a new birth and changes in ones life and also a wish for a better life.
