I'll rate her at 7. Why? I voted for her last presidential election, lol! I just don't like Estrada's strategy. I've just had a feeling that GMA would lead the country more for better. Although I don't like the charter change they are talking about, and I'm not fond of listening to governments news all over again because I know it's the same topic everyday. But just delightful that GMA is acting her best to serve the country:) hope she'll lead us to the best. just my POV
