Hi guys! :) A tough week, it was. And here I am, still looking for inspirations to finish my goals. I ended up reading a book. I'm on the second book of it and man, I feel like I'm in love with this guy in this book. He's too good to be true. HE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE because HE DOESN'T EXIST! :/ That hopeless feeling after reading a book and you fell in love with the character. Devastating! But, it's still a good book. Just have to accept that they don't exist! i'm becoming a bookworm now as the days goes by and loving it. What you been up to lately, dear myLotters? :)

Nothing is wrong to fall in love with a fictional character at least he won't hurt us. I have a friend who keep on posting the book that she read and end up calling the fictional guy character as her "Book Boyfriend" . I'm just curious on who is that fictional character whom you love so deeply?

I used to be like that in my high school days. The craze then, are the love stories on Mills and Boons, where the guy and the woman are described so beautifully. Thus, my imagination is also that i am the main lead woman in love with the main lead man. Sometimes when we are young, we tend to fantasize.

I know what you mean. I also had crushes on fictional characters from books that I have read, and some of them I am even shy to admit because now I can see that it's so silly! But I guess that only proves that the author is really that good if he/she can get the readers so carried away to even experience or share the feelings of the characters. That, or I am just shallow and easily swayed or affected.

Hey,Maybe this character does not exist but I am sure there is somebody out there with these same characteristics,my advice cut down on the reading just a little and get out in the world, you never no you may just find your dream man after all, take care.

Ah yes! I should really snap out of it. But he's too good to be true, but then again, maybe, just maybe, someone out there has the same personality. Daydreaming!

That just means the writer did well in creating the character for you to fall in love with it. I also recently read a book that I got so engrossed about. Although I did not fall in love with the character (because he was so flawed as a person), I became so curious about him that I wanted to know more about what happened in his life outside the book.

It is nice and highly romantic to fall in love with a fictional character. I have fallen in love with many fictional charcter. That is because the fictional character, cannot hurt us, cannot abuse us, cannot get angry with us, cannot be jealous of us. Certain characters in some story books are so sweet, it is almost impossible not to fall in love with them. Such good characters may not even be capable of being found anywhere in the real world.
