Cannot cancel download

Hello there! I need help. I want to cancel video games download in my smartphone android. Download not move because internet connection very slow but my problem is I cannot cancel it. I go to application setting and go to download manager and push force to stop but it only stop for a while. When I open any application it start to download again. Arggh!

how about closing your RAM? It closes all active apps.. just try it. if it doesn't work, i don't know what else to suggest. i haven't tried that yet. ...also try switching off your data connection for few seconds then switch it on again..

ram - this shows when you open task manager.. mine is android too so i hope you have this too.
..it' located in the "task manager" apps there's a tab there saying "RAM" then tap "clear memory" it will close all active applications.

Switch off the smartphone and restart again.

I do that before this and it not work but right now I know what to do when application we download not start download.

Try taking your battery out while the phone is turned on... Then wait about 2 minutes & put the battery back in & start the phone...
