I found "Payouts are disable" warning under account tab of a PTC Site......

I wonder how long it takes. One of my sites takes over a month to get payment from.

go to contact us and ask them the question . sometimes things get hung around in some systems for awhile. It should not take long to get paid. just keep trying.

This message is available to me too saying site is checking accounts and asking to check back after 18th April. I haven't any pending request for cash out or minimum balance to request for cash out. So it may be a general notification to all. Site may be in process of deleting fake accounts. A few weeks back my request for cash out through PayPal was denied by CashNhits since I am Indian and CashNhits PayPal account too in an Indian account. I was asked to make the request giving Verified Payza account. Since you are in India confirm whether that clause is still active or not.

CNH has been having problems with fake accounts, hackers, and spammers lately so they are trying to check which accounts are real and which ones are malicious. So during this process they won't be processing any payments until this authorization process and comb through is complete. You can get your money after everything has been handled properly. Besides, today is the 18th, check back tomorrow and they may process your withdrawal by Friday; it usually only takes a day or two once processed.

Just a few days ago i requested my first cashout from cashnhits and there was the same message when i wanted to request payment, so i wasnt able to. But there must be a message when it will be available again, so just wait a day or two and you will be able to cashout...
