Music is universal, its a known fact, sometimes some songs mean so personal to you that it thrills you. For example Bollywood songs. Some songs that you listen to, you feel that they are meant for you or are based on your life.... That is something I love about Indian music, we have a little something for every little occasion...

Thats the idea about music. Music should mean something to us. Not just a bunch of words and noise.

Yes u r right and i would like to mention here that there r some soulful musical numbers in Bollywood that really touches your heart and u feel very much connected with that song, i have many such songs in my cell phone that helps me go to a different state of mind whenever i hear such music.

I totally understand what you mean, music has that unbelievable power I feel just to sweep you from one state to another. One time you are down because of something and then when you hear you set of favorite music and it peps you immediately...

Romantic songs are often personal. That is because in each of us, there is rmance. All of us feel romantically attracted to somebody or the other in life. So, when we listen to such romantic songs, we feel as if the singer is pointing fingers at us, he is talking about us. Romantic songs are also in various tunes and melody. Some songs are sad, some are very happy, some are dancing and jumping etc.

babes its so damn true... with me... i mean each day, each event, each experience, each emotion... anything that i face reminds me of some or the other lyrics... music is what i connect to with all my good and bad times...
