My mother's friend possibly showing signs she's interested, not sure though

My mother's friend often comes round to our house for dinner or drinks. She is the type to wear short dresses, lots of make-up etc. even though shes in her 40s, so she is definitely a bit of a cougar. She is also a really touchy person and is always touching me and flirting with me. Basically I'm pretty sure shes keen. However I don't want to make the first move and then she rejects me and it all becomes really awkward. On the other hand, it could be worth the risk. So should I just wait it out for her to make the first move or just go for it?

If she's married, it's a no go. If she's not, fine. But, I agree with 41CombedaleRoad 100%. Bear in mind that these things don't usually remain a secret for long. If you do hook up with this woman and it doesn't work out, it's going to be awkward for everyone involved. Including your entire family. Think about these consequences before you act. But heck, you're not a minor. I'm not stopping you. Let us know how it goes.

I hope you don't mind me asking this, but you seem to want to hook up at any chick available. Besides, this woman is your friend's mom, atleast give a little respect to your friend. The woman might be into it, but, I don't think that you should get yourself hooked with her....just a friendly advice.

Are you hoping to become someone's toy boy? Bear in mind that if she gets you she is bound to boast about it, so it will not be a secret for long. you will have to live with that however.
If she is married I would strongly advise against making any move except distancing yourself.

I think the best thing to do is let her do the first move. You should prob start losing up to. Maybe try to get her alone.
