oh yeah its fiesta here in my town happy fiesta!!!

I almost done making dessert and that was fruit salad it's for preparation for fiesta here in my town.This celebration is a tradition of all filipinos in every places.It's a celebration of all people living in town,this is an offering to our God a thanks giving.We have here lot's of food for our visitors. So for now goodnight im sleepy..but before im going to sleep i would like to ask all of you.What do you celebrate in your places except bday's.

Wow! I miss this kind of celebration. I came from a place where we celebrate feast days for the patron saints. Actually it's kind of a three day celebration, we get so busy in preparation for foods and other specialties in anticipation of the volume of visitors who'll drop by after hearing the mass in culmination of the nine-day novena. I've been here in the City long enough to miss the celebration at home because it is so much fun and very unlike here in the city in so many ways!

Yes, we also celebrate fiesta in our hometown, but it will be in August in honor of St. Rose of Lima. My sisters and brother-in-law makes their respective recipes for that day and jointly place them all in the long dining table where we serve it as buffet to guests. My in-laws and i always go there to partake of the fiesta food! Salad, i like that most!

before when i was a kid i always excited to our fiesta to come because we always have the food that prepared by my mother but now that i grew up,i am not excited anymore it because its hard to find money to spend in fiesta,maybe we will but a very simple one.

Hi sorima! Happy Fiesta! I hope your are enjoying the day. I remember my boss asked me to get an application form for a loan in our cooperative because they will be celebrating fiesta in their barangay in the next few days. Oh, well this is the time of the year when most places are celebrating Fiesta. Have a great day!
