A couple of days ago I was so tired that it was difficult for me to do the simplest tasks, to which later that night I was placed in the emergency room because my blood sugar was too high. As it turns out, I now have diabetes.. And right now I feel a bit in despair because of how often I will have to inject insulin into my body. I am feeling a lot better, though I wish it didn't have to happen.. My doctor says that I might even need to take the pill for having traces of the other type of diabetes.. How do you deal with it? I so far have been getting a lot of love & support, but I'm still feeling a bit anxious over this.

I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering from pain, but don't despair because many natural remedies that can be used to treat your diabetes. natural remedies that you can use include: - Cinnamon, put a cinnamon in a cup of boiling water, leaves for 10 minutes, after that drink it. - Beans, boiled a few pieces of beans, and then drink water of beans, 3 times a day. - Green tea, pour one teaspoon of green tea leaves with hot water, let stand for 10 minutes, strain and drink. The third of natural ingredients can make insulin the body work well, and can lower blood sugar levels. I hope you heal quickly.

Please, don't get all stressed out about it. I've been a diabetic for many years, and, like me, you will learn to deal with it. It's not the end of the world, although it may seem like it right now. You will learn to manage your diet and exercise to keep your glucose readings under control. It may take some time to get yourself regulated, but it will happen. I take insulin 4 times a day...rapid acting insulin before each meal, and long acting insulin before bed. My husband is also diabetic, and he does not use insulin. We both take oral meds as well...one at breakfast and one at dinner. Being a diabetic does not mean everything in your life must change. You can still do all the things you enjoy...you just have to be more conscoious of your health. Get educated. There are tons of sites that can teach you what you need to know. Above all, don't panic. You can live with diabetes for a long long time.
