Okay, let’s start with inspiration. Do you believe in it? Do you have it? If yes, how does it help you? Inspiration builds motivation, directly or not. Inspiration may be a thing, a person, or an event that gives pleasure and/or makes you happy and/or boosts up you confidence that leads to motivation—motivation for yourself and/or for other people, etc… How motivation became important? How can it help you? How possible can motivations change you and your life?

Inspiration should be positive to motivate people to contribute to benefit of the society. It the inspiration is not correct it leads to motivate bad things like terrorism and bombing of public and property. So pray to the Almighty for positive inspiration that will contribute to motivation forbuilding trust rather than destruction.

Let's start over again with inspiration. I think inspiration is the discovery of your true interest, which stimulate you to go after what you like. Motivation is a momentum to push you to act on it, due to certain factors like you want to reach a goal, or you want to make something great for human kind etc..... So, I guess motivation also a pushing force to make you want to do something better, up to your personal standard, and to the greatness above all things. That is my definition on it.

I'm a teacher and I've been teaching different kinds of students everyday for almost 5 years now. Well, As we all know, teacher's do have a daily routine. I mean just same. Wake up early, Prepare for work, Go to school, teach, go home, study the next lesson, make test or quiz, compute grades, sleep. The next morning, just same. Hihi! And imagine, for five years, you've been doing all these for five years (though there are still changes or different experiences everyday but still just a bit.) There are times that I want to give up... I mean I want to stop being a teacher because of it's routinary activity but because of some inspirations, I get motivated. My co-teachers and I always do like this... We find an inspiration in the class (like a good student or someone that we really want to teach to or someone that we want to be good in subjects that we teach) then they serve as our motivation...we teach well... haahaha! Sounds bad sometimes but actually it benefits us and the students as well. We don't easily get angry, we teach with energy and so on! hahaah! I believe that we need a motivation in our lives daily to continue living with laughter, joy and satisfaction that some of the people lack nowadays.:)

If you are motivated you have somehow inspired yourself. - So it is positive self talk. - So if you lack motivation, you can talk yourself into being inspired. I found that if you look for the good it will come to you same with the not so good stuff. Your attention attracts the things you get.- I have often looked for something to buy and could not get it anywhere until all of a sudden I found it and then it was everywhere.-
