Picking up my veggies tomorrow

I asked if I could come once a week and grab whatever they could. He said that was fine. Being Friday is a week, and works out as it;s the least busy day for me. I will go over in the mornings, and grab a box. It's like Christmas time seeing what they will throw in the box.

That is so neat. Bet the animals love them as much as you do picking them up.

They do, and they tend to get them more during the day now, as I am getting about 3x more than what I would buy.

aside from asking the vegetable dealers in your place, you can also go to the farmers. they usually throw vegetables that are not up to standards... oversized/undersized, broken, etc... your pets would love them.

They sell those type of veggies, they are cheapier.
