SOS!!! How to treat dandruff?

Hello everyone,i got an trouble recently,always appear dandruff on my hair.and dandruff is easy to see in a suit.Give others the impression is very bad.I think there is the place where talents gathered.if some have good way to solve this problem.please don't be stingy and tell me,so many thanks!

Hi, Before this is also my problem, about dandruff, what I just did is, take a bath, and make sure that the shampoo will take away from your head, cos everytime there's still shampoo on your head, when the sunlight hit those shampoo on your head, it will result of dandruff,
seconds, don't use gels (Wet Look) there are gels that will make your hair looks wet, but everytime there's dirty goes to your hair, it will be sticky on your hair,
I using head and shoulder, with blast (to make me feel more cold)
and because of those, I haven't encounter any dandruff upto this moment,
