you fear from death....?

The fear of death is the tension of unfulfilled desires. When we have some unsatisfied, st,ong desires in our mind, we are afraid of dying. We cannot look at it or think of it because of a drive which is unfulfilled. But all of us have experienced a moment when a big desire of our life is fulfilled, and we have deep satisfaction. Some of us even ,say 'Now I can die peacefully' . As we become integrated and at peace within ourselves, we can behold the phenomenon of death with perfect balance of mind and equanimity. We have no regrets. the cause of our fear of death is the fear of the unknown. As we think of death, it appear as a reason of darkness to us.
