Being that it's close to Summer in the Midwest of the USA, it puts me in the mind of summertime activities that I love to do.Like.....
Chilling on the lake front
Going to an amusement park
Backyard BBQs
Vacations
Anyone else want to share?

it gets very hot in Sacramento, and It's nice to get up into the mountains (Lake Tahoe) or over to the coast (San Francisco) where it's usually a lot cooler.

Everytime I think of Summer it starts raining like it is today.. but nevertheless these ideas put me in vacation mood! I love hanging out beside a beach, lazing around with a book in hands and a Diet Coke in the other. 
Or just go on a long drive with my husband and stroll around in the market. Sometimes it is fun to go window shopping or to an antique item garage sale.
