I have just under-went the toughest time trying to get someone from Bank of America to talk to me about the home that my mother left to me in her will. They refuse to talk to me because my name isn't on the Mortgage and they keep asking for the same information and papers that have already been sent to them, I have been going thru this since 2008 with them. So now the home which is located in Sunrise, FL was suppose to be auctioned on May 2, was bought by CitiMortgage. I hope they understand my circumstance better then the others have. Does anyone else been having the same type of problem?
