Fighting Mortgage Companies

I think its time that w need to stand up to these higher companies and figure out a way to keep our homes. They have to listen to us. My neighbors home was just foreclosed on and sold last month, and they have been trying to make a payment every month, but the bank refuses their paym't because the loan is in her deceased fathers name. Even though it was left to her in his will, they wont except the will. Now they have nowhere to go. Why are these banks allowed to do this?? We need to stand up and say enough is enough. Start writing our congress men and make them see what is happening.
