In my experience- most of the project finance providers finally turned to be an intermediary only. so for i never come across a direct international financier. every one wants due deligenge fees or pre-plan expenditure cost, but no one never reveal their past concluded projects list or clients list. for their safety they claim it is under special rule that they can't expose- THIS IS REALLY A FRAUD. PEOPLE WHO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE BE CAREFUL. NO REAL LENDER NEVER FAIL TO EXPOSE THEMSELVES AND PAST PERFORMANCE.
