Can woman do the proposing?

Sure woman can do that. Hey we talk about equal rights everytime. Why does this right be not given to them. well if the boy says 'no' its means that he already has a girl friend.

if my fiance didnt propose me before i would do it. i think it is equality of rights and if girl feels she wanna marry a boy should tell him, no secrets no feeling bad. all is allowed in love. i have no resistance to tell a boy eveything i feel. u should know what ur bf feels if u know him well.

well being a guy i wud say it doesnt matter meather male proposes or female, it do happen tht girl proposing boys, and boys saying no if they r someone more spl in their life so the only thing matter is how u communicate this thing to another one. I m a guy but still i m responding to your question. Because i think you should know a guy's point of view also. I think yes woman can propose to their boyfriend. They also need to tell whats in their heart. And rest it depends on the guy how he takes it. He can reply very softly even if dont want you. A direct no will be very rude. And by looking at the pic in your profile i dont think you should worry about a no from any guy. :)
