Surplus Shirts: What do you think?

hey! I am starting to sell excess production surplus (that's how my supplies describe it) shirts. Could you please enlighten me about these kind of products? I am not sure if they are fake or not. When somebody hear the word surplus, they think of fake. Please enlighten me.
