I work at Barnes and Nobel and although I love books my memberships sales are so far down. However it is hard to sell a 25 dollar membership for only a 10% discount.

Wow....that would be hard, particularly in this day and age when so many people just down load their books to their e-readers and computers, and also in a time when not as many people have expendable income to spend on new books, and would rather just go to the library. It that actually a required part of your job? to have to sell a certain amount of memberships in a certain amount of time?
