sometimes i can't understand how cruel humans can be.....

this is based on a story from my own local news today. A dog who was in a shelter, and awaiting adoption was found to have HUNDREDS of bb's imbedded in it's body. (see link to read more about how this was found out). But basically some kind soul came in to adopt a dog, they needed to make sure it had its shots and was spayed/neutered, and found that who ever owned this dog before had been extremely abusive towards it, shooting it with a BB gun many many times. Who else out there finds this horrific? why would anyone do this?? i am SO glad this particular pup has found a new, LOVING home....and i hope none of these previous wounds affect this beautiful animals way of life........

Unfortunately, there are lots of very twisted people int he world. I'm like you, I can't understand why anyone in the world would hurt a defenceless animal and would love it if we didn't need animal protection societies at all. Sad to say, the world isn't the way we'd like it though, and all we can do is do our bit to help, even if that's only donating spare change.
I'm glad to hear that the dog in question managed to find someone to love it, but it's still horrid to hear that the poor thing had to go through horror to find that someone :(

Hi, The mercy of the lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him. Mercy is not the quality of man it is a divine quality and it is never strained. Man has forgotten his humanity how can we call them human beings ? Who have no quality of human beings. Now such a new religion should be started in which human should be taught how to be a human .
