MyLot underwent a total re-design at the end of may and that particular layout is no longer used by the site. MyLot is no longer a paid site either, so you will not ever see your "earnings" on the tool bar. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

I don't think Mylot has ever had a toolbar.
The version of the site shown in that tutorial was retired on May 1, 2013. Mylot's earnings program was also discontinued on May 1. It isn't a paying site anymore.

She must have downloaded that toolbar from somewhere. Are you able to contact her? You could always copy and paste website urls onto your bookmarks toolbar and add separators where needed. Another suggestion would be
