Ok, I will try to make this short...I completed online courses at kaplan for 18 for medical transcription. I wasnt able to find any jobs in that field when I was done with school, nor did I really have any experience other than the homework I had to complete for it. The school ended up screwing me over because they said I owed $1,000 for my diploma but a called a week prior and they said everything was fine and congrats (made no sense but I know a few others who also got screwed over by kaplan online!)...anyways, I have all this debt now...maybe like 20,000? and I work at a clothing store living paycheck to paycheck and even have to borrow money because work gives me around 12 hours a week! I dont receieve ANY BIT of child support at all and I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go back to school for Psychology...That had always been my dream. I am not getting any younger so I finally want to take the steps and pursue it but I dont know how. I am from Illinois (dont know if that matters), but I am totally clueless as in what kind of help I can get considering I already owe from my previous schooling which I dont have any money at all to repay them. If anyone can guide me on what to do or help me in any way I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! :)
