I dont know whether its a state of mind....or a feeling of heart , or its something else. But whenever we feel happy......somewhere we are satisfied. And if it is satisfication and it must be some how related to our actions. and our actions are either from heart or from mind. Please let me know if there is anything else that gives you happiness....????
