Phosphorous Restricted Diet Foods with high phosphorous: Cereal, beans, mushrooms, seaweed, milk powder, pork floss, dried squid, animal offal (pig heart, brain, liver, kidney), etc, do not eat too much. Meat have higher phosphorous than plant, in order to decrease the phosphorous of meat, you can cut meat into slices, and with boiling water, eat meat rather than soup. 3. decrease sodium content Use less condiment with high sodium like Salt, monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce, sauce product, preserved vegetable, pickles, preserved szechuan pickle and so on Use more low-sodium flavorings like vinegar, sugar, wine, pepper, Chinese prickly ash, five-spice powder, star anise, onion, ginger, garlic, chili, dried tangerine or orange peel, etc 4. increase heat Like rock sugar, lumps of sugar, glucose, soda, juice, high starch food such as fans, sago 5. Relieve thirsty No or less high salt food, add some mint leaves and lemon in drinks, make drinks into ice and keep in mouth, chew gum, no or less drink strong tea, coffee. 6.increase cellulose Eat more vegetables, but eat it after cook to decrease potassium, phosphorus content.
