I've never heard of it, but I'd do some serious research on sites that are devoted to exposing scams before I'd even consider it.

I have never used that program and never will. They try to trick people into using it by claiming that one of your friends has used it. In reality they haven't. They must have some sort of malware or something packed in there to be trying to fool people like that.
