No more cable/internet bill every month?

I discovered this site the other day that lets you download a program onto your computer so that you can view over 3500 TV channels on your computer! It also shows you how to connect your computer to your TV so you can view the channels on your TV as well.
Best of all they advertise no monthly fees and just a one time fee of $39.95! I am seriously looking into getting this for my family. The cable bill is outrageous these days! Anyone else tried this service? Do you like it?

I'm a freind from china. We have use the program last year.

You may need some cables, I'll show a place that can offer everything you want for the TV:)
