what did you do if there strange person turning your door knob?

Last Sunday my neighbor complaining of somebody turning her door knob. She told me she's alone in their house all of her mates out for work.I ask her did you know who is he? and she said no but instead answering her question asking his name she answered secret. She thought if that her mates they have a key they not playing the door knob. she's afraid that time and suddenly there a face looking at her outside the door( with transparent glass design in the middle door). What did you if there's strange person outside your door.
