What is a good question to ask an employer after an interview?

I've had a few interviews recently and I can never think of a good question to ask that makes me stick out in their head. Does anyone have a good question to ask at the end of an interview? Some of the main questions I ask are - What is a typical day? - Why did you decide to work for _______? - What is the culture of the company like? I feel like a lot of people ask these questions already and I want something new.

the only ones i can think of are probably asked quite often as well. such as "How long do most employees remain working for this company?" or "Can you tell me about the opportunities for advancement in this company are? And are there active job coaching programs in place for those who are interested in moving up in the company?" Maybe ask something "human interest-y" such as "Does such and such company ever partake in activities to help out the community or local charities?" (would give you kind of a feel for the culture and background of the company)

Huh, I never thought to ask any of those questions. One question I asked got me into trouble, I think. I usually end up asking about next steps. Your questions are really good.
