No, not any more. they ended the earning program April 30th. What you can do to earn money here is write articles about earning sites you are on, and then include your link in the post. That is allowed, but just dropping referral links everywhere is not.

Mylot is a social network not a money earning site. You can use it to promote your earning sites though as long a you are not spammy.

Yeah you can post links I guess to your youtube videos or websites.. and make some money like that. But I guess no refferal sites etc. I am going to try to see if making posts here is profitable.
