Hi try meditation. It relaxes you and makes you feel refreshed and 'rebooted'. So you will never feel bored again with any repetitive chores of life or work.

@muzzoko Please read on this page about meditation. Dont worry about dong it correctly. what matters is relaxing. So what I normally do is sit in my chair(as I cant sit on a mat due to bit overweight me hehe) with my feets touching floor and arms resting on thigh or sometimes chir handle(its a matter of how comfortable you feel thats all) .Close my eyes. Then the important part is to breath in and out. Inhale and Exhale deeply. Try not to think about anything. concentrate on your breathing only. in out in out.... Thoughts will creep in but dont worry just pull your mind back to listen to your breath going in and out. Just do it for 10 minutes a day and it really feels good. There is some philosophy of cosmic energy entering inside. May be true but I could see dancing lights and a floating feeling in the dark space between circles of light. You may laugh but I experienced it so I am writing this. How I started doing this: My friend got a medical checkup for heart ailment for high heartbeat rates and doctor told him to meditate besides taking meditation. and we were on internet researching for "how to do meditation". and we stumbled upon this youtube video. "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4thsq2m0ic". Its in Hindi, if you want to watch it you can , you will be able to understand something from the graphic content. We were excited and started practising it, Now my friend is very stable and relaxed and my life is a changed one. Also please note that there are many ways of doing it which requires to listening to music and chanting some religious mantras. I simply dont suggest to go that way cause religions may vary and music tastes too. But what we do is just breath in and out and close out all senses (touch hear vision etc) to outer world to reach a point of stand still. Written lil too much. But if it helps you find calmness and relaxed state with better focus on whatever you try out, I am happy. let me know if you experience dancing lights(may on the third day of doing meditation).. Good luck. Regards Rakesh
